Finding a Home to Rent
Igniv's landlords are rated by tenants
Igniv allows landlords to upload an unlimited number of photos and videos to their listings, so you can get a real feel for any property, from the comfort of your current home. What’s more, if you’ve found a property you like, it’s quick and easy to send a direct message to the landlord to arrange a viewing.
Igniv operates a tenant passport scheme which is valid across the platform for 30 days. Pay just $49 for complete credit and affordability checks. Every landlord agrees to accept this passport so once it’s done, you can use it to demonstrate your eligibility for every property you're interested in.
We also offer a ratings system for both landlords and tenants to rate each other at the end of your tenancy. Over time, as you build up a good reputation you may be able to negotiate lower rents and choose landlords who have higher reputations themselves.
